As an augmentation of the original brand development executed for Resource Decor, we have worked with the company to support the vertical evolution of its business. The collaboration to create a retail concept has culminated in multiple stores globally, including Harrods (London), ABC (New York) and franchise businesses in Canada, Russia, the UAE and Asia.

As retail strategy support for the Resource Decor team, our consultancy initiated a concise range architecture that encapsulated merchandise forecasts, planning and order management. During the retail business development, our team advised on merchandising system requirements and worked closely to train and mentor the newly appointed merchandising and project management teams.
