A major expansion plan was initiated in 2014 to diversify the Rochdale Spears Group from a manufacturing entity into a multi-brand distribution, wholesale design business.
During our consultancy we have undertaken the development of the master brand, Resource Decor, as well as the individual designer brands, developing and curating their respective identities. Creative direction, brand identity, strategy, activation and marketing communications were an ongoing collaborative effort. To support the business evolution an extensive development of new showrooms, Hong Kong headquarters, regional offices and tradeshow installations were complete.
